Living in Africa , we know that a lot can go wrong in the bush. Maroti Tau and Corneel Viljoen came a long way together. Both men wanted to do something to help the people of South Africa and also the rest of Africa regarding Malaria , Tick Fever and other diseases caused by insect bytes. Whilst working in Marvell , Arkansas in The United States Of America , Corneel were bitten by Buffalo Gnats ( Black Flies ) . He decided to get an insect repellent which will work in Africa and The USA. Back in South Africa , Corneel went to see a International Cosmetics Company. This company came up with a military spec insect repellent that repel not only flies , BUT ALSO  mosquitoes , ticks , lice , fleas and more. TOUGH ON BUGS BUT GENTLE ON YOU. Corneel showed this to Maroti , which is a nature conservationist his whole life. The 2 decided that this is the product every camper , hiker , fisherman , hunter , outdoor person and people living in Malaria area’s must have. TAU EA PURUMA ( The Lion Roars ) were born. WE WANT TO BE THE LION THAT ROARS IN AFRICA.
